艾默里克来自法国南部的秀美村庄，多年系统地学习让他有机会在顶尖餐厅工作，担任米其林星级主厨助手的履历更是令烹饪技艺突飞猛进。
“在那我学习到的每个细节都很重要。”他说。“这些是我烹饪灵感的源泉，也是提供好菜品的基础。”
Born in 1990 in saint-bres a small village of the south of France, I started my career working in the best restaurant of my area during my culinary school training. During those years I have learned a lot about the importance of every single detail, the art of making good sauces and all the basics of the classic French cuisine. I have work for Michelin star chefs, and like to use local produce from the best farmers who are also really passionate about what they are doing… this has been a real source of inspiration for me. The respect of the product is for me really important.

I had my first international experience working for a hotel in Heidelberg (Germany) where I learned about the traditional German cuisine and culture. I then went back to France to work on in private restaurant before moving to England where I first worked as a Chef for a reputable classic English Restaurant, before working for a hotel in London, where I have learned a lot about new cooking techniques and creativity.
Aymeric（艾默里克）擅长将各地不同的食材与本土的食材相结合、传统与现代的方法相融合。

In my cuisine I like to use the finest ingredients and local products with a combination of classic and modern inspiration. Cuisine is a true form of art; it’s about pleasure and emotion. I love to create and I adapt my creativity to the different market and season. My inspiration comes mostly from my French roots but also from my different travel.
