近日，苏州吴中希尔顿酒店及苏州吴中希尔顿花园酒店正式宣布，任命王琦（Terri Wang）女士为新任联合总经理。她将全面统筹两家酒店的运营管理及战略发展，以深厚积淀与前瞻视野，带领团队进一步巩固酒店在高端旅游市场的优势地位。
Suzhou Wuzhong Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Suzhou Wuzhong have recently announced the appointment of Ms. Terri Wang as Cluster General Manager. In this role, she will oversee all operations and strategic growth for both properties, drawing on her extensive experience and forward-looking vision to lead the team in further strengthening the hotels’ competitive edge in the high-end travel market.

王琦女士拥有近20年的高端国际酒店管理经验，履新之前，她曾任如皋希尔顿逸林酒店总经理，在运营管理、客户体验与团队建设等多维度积累下坚实而深厚的专业能力。其职业生涯始于餐饮领域，自一线淬炼而来，逐渐打磨出敏锐的餐饮运营与管理智慧。她始终将提升宾客体验置于首位，持续推动餐饮创新与服务升级，使酒店在激烈市场中葆有鲜活竞争力，带领团队交出亮眼运营答卷，并深度践行希尔顿品牌价值观。
Ms. Terri Wang brings 20 years of experience in upscale international hotel management. Prior to this appointment, she served as General Manager of DoubleTree by Hilton Rugao, where she built solid expertise across operations, guest experience, and team development. She began her career in food and beverage, rising from frontline roles and sharpening keen operational and managerial acumen. Always placing guest experience at the forefront, she continuously drives culinary innovation and service enhancement, keeping the hotels vibrant and competitive in a dynamic market. She has guided her teams to deliver outstanding operational results while deeply embodying Hilton’s brand values.
